According to the Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates market report for the first quarter of 2019, sales of luxury properties—$3 million and up—increased 33% over the same period in 2018. And, while overall inventory “dropped again” in 2019—10% from the same period in 2018—available properties in the luxury category increased 28%. However, demand for Jackson Hole property continues apace.
