About Caroline O'Neill

Originally from New York, Caroline moved to Jackson in 2018 for "just one winter"—a classic Jackson tale. Like many, Caroline was drawn out West by the mountains and endless recreational opportunities, and quickly fell in love with Jackson’s strong sense of community, making Jackson her forever home.

As Director of Marketing, Caroline leads all brand, advertising, and listing-specific initiatives for the team. Her previous experience in the local hospitality and media industries honed her creativity and communication skills, which she brings to every project.

Outside the office, Caroline can be found skiing with her friends, hiking local trails, or reading a good book.
